When we started ETR in 2003 we had no idea how much fun we'd have over the years. We had no idea how much hard work it would be. We had no idea how much we would learn from the smart people who make up our team. We had no idea how rewarding it would be to learn about our clients' businesses and help them solve their real challenges. We had no idea that technology would change as fast as it did (but a proven process, giving a damn, and good design held its ground every time). We had no idea we'd still get just as energized by turning a kernel of an idea into reality and launching it into the world as we did on day one. And we definitely had no idea we'd still be standing strong 20 years later, but we're happy we are.
